"Ponding" in bus

What happened? Viral photo shows ponding inside public bus in S'pore http://bit.ly/1jXUc81

Bus must have passed through a "ponded" area & the water seeped into the bus.

then the ponded area must be really seriously ponded

Like the one at Thomson Rd loh, literally the whole rubbish bin move by itself

dont think it moved by itself

the "pond" washed it away from it's original location

Got a bus 54 in the video, opened its doors and seems to have lowered a little, prob facing similar situation as this bus...
